The Scrum with AI Certified (SAC™) course is designed to help professionals understand the fundamentals of Scrum and explore how Artificial Intelligence can be applied to improve efficiency, decision-making, and project delivery. Based on the SBOK^® Guide, the course introduces AI-driven practices that support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, risk management, and performance analytics.

Instead of a traditional exam, participants complete a hands-on practice session where they apply Scrum with AI concepts and upload their work. On successful submission, learners are accredited as “Scrum with AI Certified (SAC™).

Sessions	Topics
Introduction to Scrum with AI and SCRUMstudy™ (1 hour)	Overview of Scrum : An adaptive, iterative, and flexible framework designed to deliver value quickly and throughout a project. The Scrum framework as defined in the SBOK® Guide, including the Scrum flow, Project Vision, and Prioritized Product Backlog. Introduction to how AI can enhance Scrum practices such as backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and risk assessment. SCRUMstudy™ Certifications: A quick overview of the range of credentials offered.
Guided Practice Session (Self-paced)	After attending the webinar, participants engage in a guided practice exercise where they apply Scrum with AI concepts in a simulated environment. Learners are required to demonstrate their understanding by: Creating a Scrum Project by giving prompts to Vabro Genie AI Generating Epics, User Stories, and User Story Descriptions using Vabro Genie AI Prioritizing User Stories Creating Sprints, generating Sprint Goals using Vabro Genie AI, and estimating User Stories Reviewing the Scrum Board and generating Tasks using Vabro Genie AI Uploading screenshots or evidence of their practice work Upon successful submission, participants are awarded the Scrum with AI Certified (SAC™) credential.

Guided Practice Session (Self-paced)
