He has extensive experience in implementing Scrum/Agile for projects and has been instrumental in delivering large-scale projects using Scrum/Agile. He has over 20 years of experience in managing projects and has held senior management positions in companies such as IBM, Amex, Wachovia bank, and General Electric. He has a diverse background with experience in fields including Information Technology, Finance, Training and entrepreneurship in US, European, and Asian markets. Tridibesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA with specialization in Finance and IT. He has also completed Senior Management Programs from Harvard Business School and Wharton School.

Winfried has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry delivering successful projects. He is a goal-oriented oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities. In his career spanning 30 years he has also held engineering and management positions in R&D, product-management and service. He has successfully built and motivated multi-cultural teams, including virtual teams spanning multiple continents. He has also more than 5 years of practical work experience with Scrum. Winfried was the driver for the successful transition to Scrum for the VoIP product line at Nokia Siemens Networks. This was one of the largest Scrum projects worldwide with several hundred engineers, distributed over multiple continents and working in more than 30 scrum teams providing living proof for the flexibility and scalability of the Scrum framework. Winfried also holds several other professional industry certifications and is a co-author of the SBOK® Guide. He is an accomplished and well-qualified trainer with solid industry experience and practical background, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Winfried has a degree in Mathematics from the Universität Dortmund.
